A minimum of a 2:2 honours degree in Psychology that provides Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (for applicants who are intending to pursue a career as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist).
Or, a minimum of a 2:2 honours degree or relevant experience in areas such as human resource management, organisational development, coaching or consultancy.
GCSE Grade C in Mathematics (or a Northumbria University recognised equivalent such as HEFC Quantitative Methods) and a GCSE Grade C in English.
