Work, Health and Career focuses on health and wellbeing throughout employees’ entire careers. You learn to weigh up the diverse interests of employees, families and companies. You also develop and evaluate cutting-edge interventions and strategies to promote sustainable working lives.
Why study Work, Health and Career in Maastricht? Unique focus on health, wellbeing and participation throughout employees’ entire careers. Bio-psychosocial approach to health and labour participation. Since adequate solutions for establishing sustainable work require the integration of behavioural, organisational, and technical aspects, the programme is multidisciplinary in nature, and therefore combines the best of different worlds: occupational healthcare, organisational science, health education and health promotion Strong emphasis on practical skills with skills trainings included in each course. 1. a bachelor's degree issued by a Dutch or non-Dutch university in a relevant domain, e.g. health sciences; 2. a bachelor's degree issued by an Institute of Higher Vocational Education or University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands (240 ECTS), Belgium, Germany, Austria or Switzerland (180 ECTS) in a relevant domain.
