About the course
Sexuality, racism, gender, disability, mental health, abuse – in the past these subjects were not talked about in the world of sport - but times have changed. And that’s not all that’s changed. Our understanding of how the mind affects the body has dramatically advanced. And the role of psychology has grown, not just to support wellbeing, but to deliver better sporting results. It’s no surprise then, that the demand for highly trained sport and exercise psychologists is on the rise. And psychology matters, whether you’re an elite athlete, a keen amateur or an army veteran recovering from injury.
