Student Profile(s)

Brian Boehm

‘The lecturers are clearly passionate about their work and committed to solving today’s energy challenges - they had great enthusiasm when talking about their projects. You get a good feeling from working with people who are pursuing something that they truly believe in. This programme was a great introduction to the renewable energy sector’

William Allen

‘The REST MSc was a quick and efficient way to make yourself employable and to stand out more in your CV for roles in the renewables industry. Everyone on the course would much rather be learning about sustainability - that's their mission and their passion – and were not really interested in something like gas turbines - so the focus of the course was attractive. What we all believed in (sustainability) was a unifying motivation and it speaks to our values’.

Luke Reiman

‘I am especially interested in pursuing a career in wind energy engineering. A draw for me was that there were two modules on wind power which would allow me to tailor my course towards my intended career path’

Baptiste Rabut

The quality of teaching is very good, with challenging coursework and exams which at the end makes you proud to have completed the degree.
