Program Objectives

With this MSc program, the graduates are enabled to evaluate all technical, legal and economic matters in relation of real estate and property management. Furthermore, participants learn international and national real estate valuation methods. Thus, they are trained to:

  • evaluate the potential of properties
  • rate properties according to national and international valuation methods
  • plan, develop and carry out real estate projects
  • develop and design marketing strategies for the real estate market
  • recognize the demands of the market
  • prepare leases and rental contracts considering all legal property issues

Individuals in control of budgets and personnel, who are interested in Real Estate Operations and Development, who want to act internationally and already have gained professional experience in this area.
