Course content

Since 1989, TU Wien has offered university courses and continuing education in the area of Real Estate Management. The high qualitiy of the programs and the faculty have established TU Wien as one of the leading institutions for Real Estate in Austria.

Job with future perspectives: Real Estate Managers are involved in Real Estate projects from the very beginning. They plan, build and consult in teams and support their customers in all matters, due to their profound educational background. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to be able to define and recognize particular differences and characteristics of each project, to have a comprehensive understanding of the market and its requirements.

The MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation offers you the best preparation. After strengthening your knowledge in management, technical processes, law, economics and valuation, you will receive the Proof of Proficiency to work as a professional Real Estate Manager. This will also be valid in an international context and give you eligibility to apply for the internationally renowned RICS membership. Program Objectives

With this MSc program, the graduates are enabled to evaluate all technical, legal and economic matters in relation of real estate and property management. Furthermore, participants learn international and national real estate valuation methods. Thus, they are trained to:

  • evaluate the potential of properties
  • rate properties according to national and international valuation methods
  • plan, develop and carry out real estate projects
  • develop and design marketing strategies for the real estate market
  • recognize the demands of the market
  • prepare leases and rental contracts considering all legal property issues

Target Group

Individuals in control of budgets and personnel, who are interested in Real Estate Operations and Development, who want to act internationally and already have gained professional experience in this area.
