I wanted to build upon my professional experience and broaden my knowledge and skills within the field of health promotion and public health. I chose to study at Brunel due to the flexibility of the part-time programme, course recognition by the Society of Health Promotion and Health Education Specialists, and the expertise and reputation of the senior lecturers.
The MSc has exceeded my expectations - the diverse range of modules has equipped me with a variety of skills directly transferable to the workplace. The opportunity to plan, implement and evaluate a health promotion intervention based on a comprehensive needs assessment has been paramount in knowing how to do things properly in future work projects.
