We've been helping students find the right postgraduate course for over a decade.
This course is intended to introduce graduates in mathematics to current ideas and methods at the forefront of modern mathematical research. The topics vary from year to year, but include modules in analysis, algebra, and geometry.
Students will typically attend at least 10 lectures per week during the regular academic year, and give presentations on advanced mathematical topics to the class. During the summer, they will prepare a research project under the guidance of a supervisor.
At Maynooth it is the individual that matters. For your postgraduate studies, our small class sizes and one-to-one guidance from senior lecturers and global researchers will challenge and inspire you. You can also contact the Graduate Studies
