MSc International Management and Business Communication

Course Description

This new programme aims to develop a high level of language competence and intercultural communication skills in a business context alongside providing specific business knowledge so that you can respond to the demands of the modern international business environment.

If you have a first degree in a language and are interested in entering a career in business and management, this programme will allow you to develop relevant knowledge and skills and to use your language for professional business purposes

You may have a first degree in business management and have high-level language skills as a result of living or working in a non-English speaking environment. This programme will provide excellent opportunities to apply your language knowledge in a business context.

The programme has a strong international focus and attracts students from all around the world, creating a rich learning environment where diverse international experience and practice is shared.

Entry Requirements

1. Good (first or second class) Honours degree, or its non-UK equivalent, from a recognised British or overseas university. 2. A high level of competence in their chosen language of study (Arabic/Chinese/French/German/Spanish). This level of competence can be acquired either through the completion of an undergraduate language degree, or by the fact that the language of study is their native language.Non-native speakers of English will be expected to provide evidence of English language ability (at least 6.5 at IELTS or equivalent).
