This course introduces you to the modern theories and skills used to design, develop and manage IT systems, processes and technologies. You learn how to apply your IT knowledge and skills to the development and management of software and web systems.

Full time – 12-18 months.
Part time – minimum 3 years.
Starts September and January.

Entry Requirements

A good honours degree, typically 2.2 or above, from a UK university or equivalent from overseas university. Those who do not meet these academic criteria, but have several years' experience in expert or senior IT roles will be considered. Overseas applicants must normally produce evidence of competence in English. An IELTS score of 6.0 with 5.5 in all skills (or equivalent) is the standard for non-native speakers of English. IELTS score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in all skills we recommend a Sheffield Hallam University Pre-sessional English course which will enable you to achieve an equivalent English level.
