Course content

This course provides students with a practical understanding of psychological research methods and emphasises professional and career development skills.
The course is suitable for students seeking advanced research methods training prior to undertaking a PhD, or on a stand-alone basis prior to further research, vocational training, or career advancement. The School has research strengths in Behavioural Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Applied Social Psychology and Forensic and Clinical Psychology. Students may undertake a research project in one of these areas.
