You will be taking general management classes with international students from over 70 nationalities, and spend a minimum of 6 months in a country other than your own. The programme offers 12 months of internships in international companies, and has over 148 international exchange partners. In short, all you need to get your career in international management started off on the right foot!
In the MSc in Management - Grande Ecole program you will consolidate various learning components:
You will need to validate a total of 120 ECTS. Only 48,5 ECTS are mandatory classes, and you can choose the remaining courses from a list of over 200 electives. All students start with the base module, and schedule the remaining classes as they prefer.
The MSc in Management - Grande Ecole includes a Summer and Winter Session of 6 weeks each, to help you develop particular behavioural skills through a more hands-on and seminar-based teaching methodology.

Each student of the MSc in Management - Grande Ecole is required to submit a masters dissertation at the end of their studies. This project allows you to consolidate the academic and experiential knowledge you have acquired, and further explore a particular aspect of your professional project.

In the MSc in Management - Grande Ecole Program, you are required to spend a minimum of 6 months in another country than your own. To meet this requirement, you can choose to spend a semester at one of our partner institutions. Students from our partner institutions can also choose to join us at emlyon business school. By a system of transfer of credits, the courses followed abroad are validated by the institution of origin. The Admissions Office functions as the first point of contact for all applicants once they have submitted their online application. If you would like to have the contact details of the right person to help you with any questions regarding the programme or the selection procedure, you can create your personal space and obtain full contact details on your emlyon business school dashboard.
Once enrolled, international students will join the students selected via a French undergraduate diploma and the Bachelor students selected via the French system of "classes préparatoires" and who have already studied one year at emlyon business school. These three selection processes are highly selective, and only an average one applicant out of 7 will have the opportunity to join the program.
The SAI selection procedure is open to candidates holding a Degree from a university outside France (Bachelor's degree, Licence, Master…) gained upon successful completion of at least three years of university education outside France; the degree being awarded by a nationally accredited higher education institution.
Candidates must be less than 30 years old when taking the SAI selection tests. Candidates may apply the same year in which the degree is obtained.
