The International Master's Degree in Electro acoustics (IMDEA) offers students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals in electro acoustics and in relating fields. The program offers a specialized education in:

• Mechanics and materials

• Acoustic loads and acoustic radiation
• Real time signal processing
The program covers the entire range of the whole electro acoustic chain. All courses are given in English on an advanced scientific and technical level. The teaching is based on cutting-edge research in electro acoustics.

Admission is open to students holding at least a Bachelor's degree in electronics or acoustics or to students holding a BSc including training modules in solid mechanics, sound and vibrations, signal processing, acoustics, electronics (at least analog E.), programming.
Applicants must follow our 3-step admission procedure, detailed on the IMDEA website. Applicants are also expected to read the prerequisite skill requirements very carefully.
Our program is taught in English only. Non-native English speakers must therefore prove English proficiency (TOEIC Test Level B2 -or equivalent- required) by providing official supporting documents.
