Course content

Students will gain an in-depth learning of key aspects of HRM, for example design and implementation of award strategies; and design of successful employment involvement schemes.

The programme will have a detailed examination of key elements of strategic HRM. It will include a series of dedicated workshops to provide students with the practical skills in key areas of people management. The workshops will be delivered by experienced HR practitioners.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accreditation is currently being sought so that on completion of the programme graduates will have the underpinning knowledge required to apply for professional membership.
