2821.jpg I focused more on the postharvest side of the course as it was an eye-catching module; everything was new to me and I found it really interesting. The module tutor was really inspiring, with lots of knowledge in research, and the course was also strongly linked to the industry with up-to-date information. I felt inspired and motivated.

My current job, Postharvest Technical Manager in a fresh produce packaging production company, takes me around the world. I get to meet growers, packers and retailers in different cultures and backgrounds, combining work with pleasure and also still learning a lot.
