About the course
The MSc Health Analysis, Policy & Management has been developed to equip you with practical, evaluative, and analytical skills to allow you to influence and develop strategy and performance in the healthcare sector.
The skills you'll learn are sought after for roles at different levels in organisations across the health sector, including in hospitals, health systems, healthcare consulting firms, governments, and other local and international health organisations. They're also useful tools for beginning an academic research career in the area.
Entry Requirements
Minimum second-class Honours degree, or overseas equivalent (view the entry requirements for your country) in:
management sciences
economics
business
public health
health sciences
mathematics
statistics
computing science
Applications from those with other degrees are also encouraged. Your degree must include an appropriate level of mathematics and statistics content.

Scholarships
The scholarships will be awarded on merit, rather than financial need, to candidates who demonstrate in both their scholarship application and their Masters programme application, excellent academic performance (current and/or previously gained); any relevant extra-curricular or professional experience and career development and who will contribute to the overall academic, cultural and experiential profile of the programme cohort.
Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis from mid March 2023 onwards and the final deadline for consideration of applications will be 31 July 2023. Please do not submit duplicate applications as all forms and statements submitted will remain under consideration.

£9,000-£10,000
Eligibility
Strathclyde Business School is delighted to be able to offer a number of Masters Scholarships for September 2023. Candidates must be deemed International for fee status and scholarship awards will be to the value of either £9.000 or £10,000 dependent on subject area and course fee.
Candidates must be self-funded (ie. not in receipt of any funding from any other scholarships, employer sponsorship, etc) and already hold an offer of a place on one of our full-time MSc programmes for entry September 2023.
Application Procedure
You must have an offer to study a full-time postgraduate course with Strathclyde Business School before applying for a scholarship.
Candidates interested in applying should provide a maximum 1000 word statement demonstrating, through their ideas, experience and future career plans (including their reasoning for joining their chosen programme and why they should be awarded this scholarship. Candidates will also be considered on the overall quality of their application and financial need.

The scholarships will be automatically applied to EU nationals and their dependant family members who are self-funding and
- are resident in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the UK at the time of application; and
- are classed as international for tuition fee purposes; and
- are entering a full time degree undergraduate or postgraduate taught Masters programmes in 2023

Eligibility
The scholarships will be available to those EU applicants who would have previously been eligible for Home (Scottish/EU) fee status but, because of Brexit, will now be classified as being eligible for International fee status.

Your application for study will be checked for eligibility when you apply, therefore you do not need to make a separate application for this scholarship.
