MSc Animal Manipulation

Course Description

The MSc Animal Manipulation programme is currently unique in the world – it’s the only externally validated Masters level programme that trains students in Animal Manipulation. We offer expert teaching in the theory and practice of adjusting animals, concentrating largely on the McTimoney technique. This is a gentle, holistic treatment that assesses the whole of the animal's body for any misalignments. You'll become a safe, competent and insightful practitioner and might even be inspired to seek out opportunities for research and further postgraduate studies.

Entry Requirements

The programme is open to applicants who meet the following criteria (pathway specific):A professional qualification in Osteopathy that would qualify the holder for registration with the GOsCAll applicants must:Satisfy the interviewers of their aptitude for animal workProvide evidence of an up-to-date tetanus vaccination and provide adequate personal liability insuranceComplete an examination on safe handling of animalsFor those applicants whose first language is not English, must provide evidence of an IELTS score of 7.0 (with a minimum of 6.5 in each element) or equivalent.
