This course is for engineers specialising in manufacturing who want to become technical specialists or managers in industrial and manufacturing companies. You study • two management modules • five technical modules • one optional module
Option modules include computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacture, competitive materials technology and advanced metallic materials.
You complete a masters project with our Centre for Automation and Robotics Research.
UK students; one from • an honours degree (2.2 or above) in a science or engineering subject • suitable professional qualifications in an engineering field • a degree in any discipline plus at least one year of relevant experience• a diploma in a technological area plus at least three years of relevant experience. Overseas students need an English language score of IELTS 6.0 plus India; a relevant first class BE. China; a relevant four year Bachelors degree. Other countries; a good honours degree.
