About the course

Are you fascinated by the study of psychology? Do you crave the opportunity to take your research and learning to the next level? The MRes Psychology will give dedicated students a practical education in psychological research training, informed by a wealth of exceptional staff research and experience.

Entry Requirements

A first or upper second class degree in Psychology (or equivalent).

International applicants are required to have one of the following English language qualifications with grades as shown below.

A British Council International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.5 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking of 6.0

Pearson Academic score of 62 (or above) with a minimum score in each component of Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking of 54.
