About the course
Designed for experienced clinical professionals (including health professionals and dentists) who have responsibility for education and training, the Medical Education programme covers the principles and methods of teaching and learning and their application to healthcare. The programme provides you with the skills needed to plan and deliver successful teaching and learning sessions.

Entry Requirements
All candidates must have experience in teaching and be currently actively involved in teaching activities. Candidates will be educated to first degree level and normally be healthcare professionals.
Applicants for research degree modules should normally possess a first degree of at least upper second class honours standard or the equivalent and/or a Masters degree or its equivalent. The requirement for a first degree may be waived in the case of post-experience modules for candidates who can demonstrate sufficient relevant work experience.
