The demands made on executives and managers are every bit as complex as the tasks they are called upon to perform. They are expected not only to have experience in all the right fields, but also to possess personal management and leadership skills, and to have a thorough knowledge of theoretical concepts and models. This means that innovative training programmes are essential if the combined potential of academic training and work-related experience is to be realised in full.
General qualification for university entrance (refer to § 54 HHG) ; First academic degree (final grade at least 3,0 on the German grading scale) or a vocational training and appropriate further education course corresponding to EQF level 6, e. g. "diplomierter Bankbetriebswirt" (Certified Banker) or comparable course (final grade at least 3,0 on the German grading scale); At least 5 years relevant professional experience with sufficient management experience ; A good command of the English language (level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR) ; Successful participation in the assessment centre
