The masters programme in Applied Languages for Business has a vocational orientation, since it aims to:
•Train specialists in applied languages (Portuguese, English, German, French, Spanish) for business and the associated intercultural aspects;
•Develop the theoretical and operational skills and knowledge needed for success in the international employment market;
•Promote effective and adequate language use in different contexts of communication in both the business and the social world and the global economy;
•Encourage applied research.
a) Holder of a Portuguese undergraduate degree (licenciatura) or legal equivalent in a relevant scientific area;b) Holder of an EU undergraduate degree in a relevant area (conferred according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a Member State);c) Holder of a foreign academic first degree that is recognized and approved by the Scientific-Technical Council of the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism;d) Holder of an academic, scientific or professional CV, that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the Scientific-Technical Council of the School of Management, Hospitality and Tourism.
