Sergio Camarero

3615.jpg "Camarero Blanco studied Psychology and went on to complete the Master’s degree in European and International Business Management. When he finished the Master’s, he did an internship with Leadership Developer at Arcelor Mittal (France) where they offered him a contract as Change Leader directing cross-cutting continuous improvement projects with over 1,000 people involved.

After a year in the position, he decided to embark on a business venture. He explained, “Thanks to what I learned in the Master's, which has stood me in good stead, I now own a company in Hong Kong and am co-owner of another. I lead a 14-person team at 3 different offices".

He commented that the “Master’s experience was very enriching" for several reasons: the knowledge of business that he acquired was totally applicable; he formed a contact network, learned French, improved his CV, achieved an international and macroeconomic vision and developed a great capacity to adapt to change."
