Master's Degree Programme in Intellectual Property Law


Course Description

The programme is administered by the Department of Commercial Law at Hanken and implemented in close co-operation with the IPR University Center, which is the leading academic intellectual property law institution in Finland. Intellectual property law has been recognised as one of Hanken's four core competence areas. The department conducts research of high international standard in all major fields of intellectual property law (patent, trademark, copyright). The courses are taught by our internationally renowned faculty members, in co-operation with professors from leading universities in the EU and the US and highly qualified practitioners.
