About the program
This German-taught program prepares students for complex management and marketing tasks in the field of consumer and capital goods as well as in the service sector. Graduates have completed extensive practical training assignments and are specialized in market research, market segmentation, direct marketing and sales.
The program is open to graduates from economic as well as non-economic study fields. Currently, 15 full-time professors and lecturers teach in the program, all of them proven experts in their respective area of expertise with years of practical experience as executives in industry and trade.
The advanced level courses in the special fields of marketing – from sale of investment goods to online marketing, from trademark law to dialogue marketing etc. – provides graduates with a competitive advantage compared to graduates of other degree programs when it comes to filling the most attractive positions in marketing and sales.
Our students have won prices, have qualified for PhD programs and scholarships and get access to the leading branded goods companies, either for internships, for research projects within the scope of the empirical Master’s thesis, for trainee programs or a permanent position.
Hof University forms an attractive studying environment with its modern architecture and state-of-the-art class rooms, laboratories and dormitories. With a comfortable student-lecturer ratio, students get intensive personal support.
As a University of Applied Sciences, we pay special attention to the employability of our graduates. Our lecturers have profound experience both in academia and the industry.
