Course content

As experts in Computational and Simulation Techniques, graduates will be prepared to start a research activity leading to a PhD Thesis in Chemistry, Physics, Life Science or Material Science, as well as to face problems related to molecular design or modelling of physical-chemical, industrial or biochemical and biological processes and applications of Theoretical Chemistry and Molecular Modelling on different fields ranging from chemical reactivity, spectroscopy or catalysis to bioinformatics, materials science or polymers. Graduates will, therefore be qualified candidates to join the pharmaceutical, petrochemical or new materials industries. They will, likewise, present an adequate profile to join other type of companies as computer experts (finance, information technologies, data mining, consulting firms, research and development companies, etc.).
