About the course

Polymer materials such as plastics and textiles are an important part of our daily lives. It is therefore important that sustainable methods for recycling and new polymer materials with reduced climate and environmental impacts are developed and made available on the market. If this is something you want to learn more about and work with in the future, then this Master's programme is for you.

Content

The programme deals with polymer materials and how they can be part of a circular economy. It includes the recycling and reuse of polymers, biodegradation, and how polymers accumulate in the ecosystem as well as the development of renewable biopolymers and the development of polymers that work in a circular economy.
