Master of Social Work


Course Description

Our Master of Social Work (entry to practice) is a course for students with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field who wish to gain a professional qualification in social work.

Social workers work with individuals, families, groups, organisations and communities to create positive outcomes and to empower marginalised or disenfranchised members of society. They promote change at individual, family, community and policy levels. It is a challenging but potentially rewarding profession.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to hold a relevant undergraduate degree. A minimum level of English Language Competence for domestic and international students will need to be met for all UWA coursework programs.
