MSc in Marketing for the Creative Economy (MScMCE) rides on two rising trends in the markets:
Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or comparable institution, or an equivalent qualification.
Language Proficiency Requirement
Applicants are expected to meet at least one of the following qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree earned from a recognised English-medium institution; or
TOEFL (internet-based) score of 79 or above; or
IELTS (Academic) overall band score of 6.5 or above
Other language requirements as set by the University.

Local students: HK$195,000/programme

Scholarships
The International Postgraduate Scholarships (IPS) scheme at the HKBU School of Business is a global initiative designed to nurture future business leaders, bringing together highly-talented and intellectually-motivated students from around the world to one of our selected taught postgraduate programmes. Although these young achievers come from diverse backgrounds, they have all demonstrated leadership potential and have a common interest in making a difference in the word.
Scholarship recipients will get full tuition waiver PLUS living allowance of approx. USD 12,800.

Eligibility
(1) International applicants with nationality outside of Greater China
(2) Applying to the full-time (1 Year) MSc in Applied Accounting and Finance programme
(3) Meeting the programme admission requirements
(4) Demonstrating competitive academic performance and/or professional experience
(5) Willingness to serve the School in its internationalisation and student related projects for not more than 5 hours per week during the period of study
Application Procedure
Step 1: Submit the online application before application deadlines (Competition increases as the year progresses, so we recommend starting your application early).
Step 2: Pay a non-refundable application fee of HKD450.
Step 3: All the prospective students with nationality outside of Greater China will be considered for the qualification of the International Postgraduate Scholarships (IPS) or other scholarships simultaneously. Shortlisted applications will be invited for an interview. The University will select qualified students and inform the selected students of the scholarship awards in due course. Therefore, a separate application for a scholarship is not required.
The Programme believes that diversity inspires new thinking, fosters greater understanding and enriches the learning experience. Therefore, the MAcc Diversity Contribution Scholarship is attributed to new entrants who can enhance the diversity of the programme. Applicants are assessed on a broad range of criteria, including international exposure, cultural experiences, overseas education, work experience, special achievement and talents.

MAcc Entrance Scholarships offer students with distinguishing qualifications and/or academic backgrounds from a high world-ranking university in his/her undergraduate studies and achieving satisfactory academic results in HKBU MAcc programme.
