An undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). During the application period final year students may submit official current transcript for consideration.
Demonstration of completion of an undergraduate degree in an appropriate field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 (out of 4.0).
Evidence of sufficient English language skills, i.e. minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS test, with no less than 6 in any subsection, or the equivalent score in TOEFL. A native or fluent English speaking applicant will be accepted without IELTS test with the permission of the Admission Committee.

The program lasts 2 years (4 semesters).
An applicant has the right to receive financial assistantship in forms of:
- Full-grant (total amount of tuition fees will be covered on merit basis approach)
- Scholarship for tuition fees between 50%-90%
