Master of Rehabilitation Science (MRSc)

Course Description

Health professionals face increasingly complex problems requiring creative and transforming solutions for both their patients and their practice settings. Advance your knowledge and skills to impact client outcomes and shape rehabilitation practice. With a Master of Rehabilitation Science degree you can appraise evidence and design knowledge translation plans; develop and deliver patient and staff education; facilitate interprofessional reasoning and decision making, and choose effective methods to evaluate patient and program outcomes. Choose from course-based or research degree options and a range of electives. Complete the online degree in one year of full-time study or 2-5 years part-time while you continue to work.

Minimum admission requirements include a degree in occupational therapy, physical therapy, or a related rehabilitation profession. Preference will be given to applicants who are qualified to practice their rehabilitation profession in British Columbia, and who have had recent clinical experience providing rehabilitation care.
