The Master of Marketing Management is internationally recognised, opening doors to a career in private business, government and not-for-profit sectors worldwide. Marketing skills are vital to running a successful business, with applications in advertising, sales, services, market research, distribution and more.

Our lecturers are active in the fields of marketing research, specialising in issues such as consumer behaviour, cross-cultural cognition and destination marketing - and you will get the benefit of their knowledge, expertise and up-to-date understanding of this varied profession.

Olivia Lawrence, a graduate of the Master of Marketing Management and now a marketing coordinator with the Victoria Racing Club, says: '[The degree] provided me with the flexibility to complete my postgraduate degree while still being able to work full-time. The educational culture encouraged learning by offering flexibility, and lecturers were approachable, with exceptional industry experience. They used industry-related examples to explain theories and concepts, which made the content of the subjects easier to understand.'

Opportunities to study overseas include student exchange programs with our partner universities in over 30 countries, including the University of Innsbruck, Copenhagen Business School, the Berlin School of Economics or France's BEM Management School. Study tours are also possible, including an International Marketing Study Tour to China during the summer, conducted in partnership with China's Central University of Finance and Economics.

Graduates are eligible to join the Australian Marketing Institute, and can go on to careers both in Australia and overseas in areas like advertising, public relations, market research and international marketing.
