Course content

The demand for highly qualified specialists in Real Estate management is on the rise. Accounting for around 20% of all companies and 10% of all employed persons in the German economy, the real estate industry is one of the largest and most important business sectors in the country. Approximately 55% of all loans granted in Germany are secured by real estate.

The Master in Real Estate (MSc) delivers a professional education in real estate with a strong international focus. As a participant in the programme, you will explore complex investment structures and discuss important real estate questions, optimally preparing you for a career in the real estate industry.

The programme will equip you with the relevant expert knowledge at a high academic level so that you gain an understanding of important issues in real estate management, real estate law and real estate economics and are able to apply your knowledge in the practical setting. It also comprises modules in personal development, a study semester abroad to strengthen intercultural competence and a strong practical component with an integrated compulsory internship, expert lectures and corporate visits.

• 20 month programme duration
• 120 ECTS
• All courses in English
• Integrated study semester abroad
• Opportunity to additionally gain an MBA or a second Master's degree
