RSM’s MSc in Management of Innovation will equip you to meet this demand with theoretical and practical expertise combining insights from marketing, strategy, supply chain management, project management and business process management.
This interdisciplinary programme focuses on innovation at company and network level, using the latest academic insights, the latest developments in practice and real-world experience from guest lecturers and study cases.
The focus is on managing the process of developing and commercialising new knowledge, new products and new services. The programme covers every element involved in bringing a new product or service to market, from brainstorming to product launch, and from internal management of research and development to long-term innovation strategies.
