The Master’s in Leadership and Human Resources Management is composed of 100 credits as course requirements and a 20-credit thesis. Classes are normally delivered 3 days a week. The program, totally in English, aims at equipping HR professionals with the know-how to respond to the needs of the market related to work community management.

Amongst other courses, the program includes:

-        Leadership

-        Organizational behavior and analysis

-        Team management in the workplace

-        Health, Safety, and Wellbeing.

-        Performance Management

-        Strategic Workforce Planning  

-        Compensation and Benefits Management  

-        Labor and Social Security Law 

-        Selection and Recruitment Process 

-        Software Programs for HRM

-        Change Management

 Classes are very interactive and involve practical situations of human resources management, case studies. Courses are assessed through a mixture of exams, projects, and presentations. The final assessment is a graduate project/thesis in Leadership and Human Resources Management.

Internship is integrated within the academic curriculum of each student; it aims at allowing him/her to put his/her academic tools, both theoretical and methodological into practice in order to strengthen his/her professional competences. 

After following this program, the student will acquire the necessary skills and competences to:

1.      Handle the full human resources management of a corporation or organization;

2.      Develop innovative HR strategies in line with the company’s strategy;

3.      Create change schemes and lead the changes in businesses

4.      Foster a suitable leadership practice to individuals and to the context of his related function.
