Course content

The financial services industry lies at the heart of modern economies. It is an extremely dynamic and challenging business sector. Financial service companies need highly qualified specialists with sound expert knowledge and international experience.

If you are aiming for sustained success in this demanding environment, you must be able to plan in the long term, assess and manage risks and never lose sight of the big picture. This applies equally to managers in banking, insurance, private equity firms, venture capital companies, hedge funds, management consulting (restructuring), the public finance sector and science and research.

The EBS Master in Finance (MSc) will equip you with the relevant expert knowledge at a high academic level so that you are able to understand financially relevant issues and apply your knowledge in the financial sector or in corporate finance departments.

The programme also comprises modules in personal development, a study semester abroad to strengthen intercultural competence and a strong practical component with an integrated compulsory internship, expert lectures and corporate visits.
