Not only does Marketing Management allow this level of scrutiny to occur but it allows you to develop a very strong range of skills to critically analyse competitors, the environment in which you trade, new trends which may impact, understand customer expectations and act upon them and avoid churn. These skills are also useful to you if you are contemplating taking a new product or innovation to market either within a larger business function or your own enterprise. You can also provide significant consultancy work to assist many types of businesses and organisations to effectively grow their business, prevent stagnation in communications and product and align their business better to current and future trends.
