About the course

The Master’s degree in Marine Biology offers sophisticated and modern tools for the study, conservation and responsible management of marine biodiversity and for the development of methods and technologies for the breeding of species of commercial interest. Students specialise in the study of evolutionary mechanisms and dynamics, reproductive strategies, organism/environment interactions. Thet may find employment in different contexts such as public or private entities responsible for the protection and management of the marine environment, in marine toxicology laboratories and assessment of quality of fish products in aquaculture facilities. Students will also be able to act as a consultant for environmental impact investigations, connected to the reproduction of fish species of commercial or scientific research value in universities and other research institutions.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor diploma (or equivalent)

A minimum three-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with proven skills in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Biology

Additional entry requirements: Entry title and GPA

English: B2 level (CEFR) or equivalent
