The MSc Management is an intensive programme that provides an advanced introduction into the latest management thinking and business conditions. Programme structure

You will take a series of core and optional courses and complete a substantial independent piece of work, normally in the form of a project, dealing with a topical management issue. There are also non-assessed, compulsory workshop programmes, involving participation in a series of reflective learning exercises that include induction events, strategic case analyses and debates. The courses comprise a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, simulations, fieldwork and project work, both in groups and individually.

Career prospects

This degree prepares those with no previous experience of business and management for a wide range of careers in senior management. Recent graduates have gone onto roles including business development manager, finance & operations commercial manager, and sales director; and have been employed by international organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, E&Y, and BMW.
