Management (Advanced Standing) - MA

Course Description

The MA Management Advanced Standing is for students who have already achieved a Diploma in Management a target award and wish to obtain a Masters in Management qualification.

This Programme reflects the shift from an operational perspective to the strategic and applied perspectives on management. It consists of three modules: Business Research Methods, Strategic Management and the MAM Project; which are studied part-time over one year.

Entry Requirements

University of Westminster students who have successfully completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Management or the Diploma in Managing Health and Social Care will be eligible for entry. Applicants who have successfully completed a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) at another recognised institution will be considered for entry onto this programme according to the University’s Accreditation of Prior Certificated Learning (APCL) arrangements. A good standard of English (IELTS 6.5 with a minimum of 6.0 for all elements) is also a requirement where English is not your first language.
