Course content

The MA in Modernity, Literature and Culture focuses on the relationship between the distinctive forms of modern writing and the social, cultural, and philosophical enterprise of modernity, from the 18th century to the present. Our lively seminars range from the historical novel, to post-war British theatre, to the postcolonial, and are taught by specialists in those fields.
