About the course

The MA Korean Studies

is designed either to prepare the student for advanced graduate work in a wide range of subjects related to Korea, or as an end/qualification in itself. The programme explores the history, politics, art, music and literature of Korea, as well as providing opportunities to study the languages of the region.

Entry Requirements

We will consider all applications with 2:2 (or international equivalent) or higher. In addition to degree classification we take into account other elements of the application such as supporting statement. References are optional, but can help build a stronger application if you fall below the 2:2 requirement or have non-traditional qualifications.
