The programme prepares students for a career in HRM and in related areas such as Industrial and Employee Relations and General Management; and examines specialist, HR areas and sets them in the context of general management.
Students enrolled on the programme will be required to register as student members of the CIPD. Students will gain the underpinning knowledge required to apply for professional membership of CIPD.
The HR Future Insights Series is arranged for students of the MA HRM It seeks to enhance students’ learning experience by providing them with exposure to senior professionals in HR and related business communities.
Applicants should hold a primary degree (or equivalent) with experience of personnel work or related personnel activities.Applications may be considered from applicants who are not graduates but who have relevant professional experience.Personnel/management/administration-related experience and/or qualifications, will be taken into consideration in selecting successful applicants. International students must also have an IELTS score of 6.5 with not less than 5.5 in each of the four component elements of listening, reading, speaking and writing taken within the last 2 years; or equivalent English language qualification.
