Course content

The MA Hospitality Management aims to enhance employability prospects in the Hospitality Industry for graduates and/or those with recent relevant professional experience.

Successful study on this course means that you will develop a range of cognitive, intellectual, personal and interpersonal skills combined with knowledge about the hospitality industry.

The course provides a contextual knowledge base from which you can interpret relevant concepts and theories and develop ideas in order to solve complex problems within hospitality organisations.
