Student Profile

Charlie Hindhaugh

Studying in Australia has been a wonderful opportunity to travel. The highlight of my time was visiting Uluru, an impressive and majestic landmass that pictures do not do justice to. We walked around the base of the rock, which gave a perspective of just how huge it is. With a friend we rented a campervan and went on a road-trip from Melbourne to Perth, an epic seven day road trip through the Nullarbor desert, along the Great Australian Bight, past beautiful beaches, and then to the metropolis of Perth – the world’s most isolated city.

Monash offers a chance to broaden one’s studies, travel around a wonderful country, and to experience Melbourne, a city consistently ranked as the most liveable places in the world.
