We accept a 2:2 honours degree from a UK university, or an equivalent academic qualification from a similar non-UK institution. This degree should be in Criminology, Criminal Justice, or a social science subject.
Candidates with relevant professional qualifications – for example Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW), Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), Youth Justice Professional Certificate in Effective Practice (PCEP), Police Sergeant’s Examinations – will be considered in cases where such qualifications are accompanied by substantial work experience in a relevant field.
