Course content

Course overview

Our course is aimed at entrepreneurial graduates and professionals who have studied or are working in an area of creative practice centred around design – whether that’s a creative communications collective, a new design brand, or a start-up with a product that enhances society through a design initiative.

The academic element of this course is coordinated with the start-up and prototype development phase of your business. It supports you with research, analysis, the application of knowledge in entrepreneurship, business governance and operation, as well as innovation management and negotiation.

On completion, you should be ready to launch your business, secure funding or make use of your entrepreneurial skills in an established creative innovation organisation.

Career options

Whilst most graduates are expected to pursue their ambitions as independent creative professionals, the knowledge you gain on this course will also appeal to a range of employers in the creative industries. Alternatively, you can progress to study for a PhD or an MBA.

• Boot Camp – the Plan
