Logistics and Supply Chain Management Masters (MSc)

Course Description

This course focuses on the management of operations in business, industry and the public sector. It will prepare managers who will be able to help their companies build a competitive edge based on high levels of technical and managerial competence.

The course aims for a high level of integration between management techniques and the technologies that they control, with emphasis on the strategic relevance of situations along with the ability to analyse problems in a structured way.

Applications are welcome from graduates in engineering, management, and related disciplines. The courses are suitable for you if you want to pursue a career in operations management whether or not you have a first degree in a closely related area.

The course requires a major individual dissertation project that is undertaken in the summer. This is intended to integrate knowledge, methodology and practical skills. When these projects are successful in advancing knowledge, we encourage our students to present their findings as conference papers or journal articles.
