Study Style

Learning takes place in a studio-based environment, through a combination of lectures, tutorials, seminars and student-led research. Teaching techniques combine the practice and philosophy of landscape architecture with a focus on innovation, creativity, personal development, expression, professionalism and sustainability.

Our landscape study community comprises a blend of UK, European and international students, which provides a rich mix of geographic, environmental, social and cultural influences, and further enriches the learning experience.

All work is assessed via coursework, which is a mix of written and illustrated reports.
