About the course

On our International Tourism Management MSc you will study the political, social, economic challenges facing the tourism industry. You will explore:

  • how innovation and entrepreneurship might provide solutions to these challenges
  • the impact this has on consumer behaviour.

Our teaching staff are recognised experts in their fields - academic who are actively researching in this area. And you will engage with industry experts through our range of events and visiting speakers. 

By working with our industry partners, you will gain ‘real world’ experience working on a Tourism Consultancy Project.

Entry Requirements

Normally a minimum of a second-class honours degree or equivalent in any subject.

Entry will be subject to two satisfactory references (one of these must be an academic reference). Although useful, prior work experience in the hospitality and tourism industry is not a requirement for this course.

If English is not your first language you will need: a IELTS minimum level 6.0, (with a minimum of 6.0 in reading and writing, and 5.5 in listening and speaking).
