Since I came back to work after the IMBA, I received several internal and external job offers because people knew that I was ready to face new challenges.

Martina Glaser, Switzerland, MBA 2006
Swiss National Bank
Coming from one of the least developed countries, this International MBA taught me to think globally. I am confident that the knowledge (both academic and cultural) I have gained will benefit both my organization and my country.

Singye Dorji, Bhutan, MBA 2007
Bhutan Trust Fund for Environment Conservation
The MBA at EADA put all the pieces together about business but also taught me to interact with different nationalities, and doing that in the meeting point of Barcelona was the most unique experience of my life.

David Yates, Australia, MBA 2007
Colonial First State Global Asset Management
For me, the MBA has been an amazing experience of plurality, internationalisation and people from all around the world in a class coming together.

Julien Boudreault, Canada, MBA 2008
Bombardier Aerospace

The International MBA is a programme designed to build the potential of university graduates in the initial stages of their professional career. Participants in the programme are highly motivated individuals committed to acquiring the training necessary to consolidate their managerial skills and pursue an exhilarating career in the world of international business.

The International MBA is a 10 month full time programme. The afternoons are dedicated to preparing the readings, cases studies, group work and project presentations that form the backbone of the academic modules. Attendance and active participation in class sessions are absolutely essential as evaluation is based largely on participants'ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding and practical application of the business concepts, tools and techniques.

EADA has developed its own practical, active and participative approach with emphasis on "learning by doing". The methodology reflects companies'demand for professionals with skills such as: the capacity to reflect, ability to act in the face of change, versatility to work in multifunctional teams and adaptability to the challenges of a global environment. These competencies are developed at EADA through the Case Method, Business Projects, Business Games, Analysis & Discussion, and Groups and Team Working activities. Participants are consistently placed in real-life business situations and forced to think like executives and take strategic decisions.

Throughout the year participants work together in teams to prepare and present three major business projects:
-a marketing plan based on a product launch
-a comprehensive business plan to support a new business venture
-a corporate business project to evaluate a scenario being faced by an international corporation and make management recommendations.
